The cat has a voice module inside that is activated by pressing its paw, causing the cat to call out "I'm over here!" every 20 seconds from its hiding place. As the child approaches the cat, the sound gets louder. When the cat is found and picked up, a motion sensor is triggered, so the child is rewarded with the response "You found me! You found me! Give me a big hug! Let's play Hide-and-Seek again!" The cat can also be played with as a plush toy individually. The board book is an introduction to the game of Hide-and-Seek.
